This is normal you’ve still 64 .Did you copy the overrides in the same folder of ctrlr.exe ? Your file must have the SAME name (ex: ctrlrx64.overrides)
Same thing with the dll’s.
To save a restricted(without edit mode : globally when the panel is finished) dll
just do it in the 32/64 plugin versions !
That way you can have ctrlr.dll and “mypanel”.dll
