How to axess full xml data

When I click on “Utility” I see the xml code for one component of the GUI.
Is it possible to see and change the full xml code including all components?

If so, I could generate the interface much faster, and later reposition the components within the panel.

Save the panel with menu File->Save as. The .panel file is an xml file.

Thanks. It works.
I have tried this before but the file was a binary.
I must have opened the wrong file.

in the “export” menu you can choose if you want to save xml or binary.
