Problem: Tabs won't move anymore

very strange problem with Tabs. i imported a UItabs empty
from another project. i unlocked it but it won’t move.
i can only type in dimensions/position.

now this behaviour is the same with the other tabs in the file.
same with a Group too.

did ‘lock/unlock’ manually in properties, no change. looks like
i have to go back a version and find another way.

anyone had this behaviour? find a workaround?
