June 17, 2010 at 6:41 am #1578the a6 is somewhere on the todo list, the ATC stuff does not have publicly available manuals so i can’y get the MIDI specs, if you can give me the midi specs for the ATC stuff i’ll have a look.

No Worries. I am picking it up in the next week and I believe it comes with the manual. Ill get it to you as soon as I have it.
Thanks a lot!!!
June 17, 2010 at 4:17 pm #1580well it’s a weird company you have to pay to get the manual for their devices.
August 14, 2010 at 12:22 am #1581I have the ATC-1X the quad filter unit and would love a way to work with this from withing Ableton or Cubase… easier.
I’ll get you that nfo… and send it as a file to you atom
Cheers
SteveSeptember 23, 2010 at 3:48 am #1582ah yeah i would love to be able to control the atc in ableton too!
copied from the atc manual:
Bank Select; send controller #0 with a value of 0 followed by controller #32 with a value of 0 for bank 1; a value of 1 for bank 2; a value of 2 for bank 3; a value of 3 for bank 4. the next program change will go to the selected bank. do not insert any other controller data into the bank change procedure.

September 23, 2010 at 9:13 am #1583well yeah it’s ok this is the ATC-1 i did a SE1x so adding this won’t be a big problem i’ll try to do this asap.
September 23, 2010 at 10:39 am #1584what are the vlaues for:
1) lfo1/2 wave
2) filter cart
3) osc2 mode
4) invert+September 23, 2010 at 11:21 am #1585i cooked a quick atc1 build for windows, apart from those unknown values, other parameters are there. if you on windows give it a try.

September 23, 2010 at 6:42 pm #1587Nice goin so far, thanks. I’m going to see if I can hack the Midiquest file and see if there are any other controllers available because I know the MQ instrument can control more than the ones I’ve posted.
Cheers
September 23, 2010 at 6:51 pm #1588values not cc numbers, filter cart is CC75 but it can have some kind of values (i assume depending on the amount of those filter cartridges in the unit) my best guess is 0-4 (1-5) for 4 external filter units (what i found out from the SE website) +1 internal in the unit, so
CC #75, values 0-4
that’s what i mean.
September 23, 2010 at 10:36 pm #1589ah sorry, i’m a bit of a noob, what can i say
6 lfo waves, values 0-5 (triangle, square, sawtooth, reverse saw, noise, random) 0-6
4 filter types
0) minimoog
1) oberheim s.e.m.
2) 303
3) arp 26004 osc modes
0) normal
1) osc 2 synced to osc 1
2) no control voltage to osc 2 (pitch doesn’t track the keyboard)
3) no control voltage to osc 2 and it’s synced to osc 14 invert modes
0) off
1) vcf
2) en3 (envelope 3)
3) f-3 (env 1 & 3)just about to get some more ccs for osc vol n stuff like that.
cheers
September 24, 2010 at 5:11 am #1590turns out ‘mix’ is the osc vol
hehe
i guess all the ccs are covered then.
October 8, 2010 at 1:28 pm #1592were those values of any use?
October 8, 2010 at 5:52 pm #1591yes i’ll finish that tonight
November 4, 2010 at 4:25 pm #1595The new version is great. The Wave selectors on the oscs work excellently now. There was something wrong with them before where you would have to move another parameter or two before the wave selection changes did anything. Now it’s instant.
Only things missing now are the mix controls for each osc, mod assignments and extra lfo controls..
Thanks for everything so far!
November 4, 2010 at 4:27 pm #1594By the way, can I add them myself by editing the XML, or do I have to dig into the code?
November 5, 2010 at 12:37 pm #1593Not yet, i didn’t quite finish the Dashboard witch is exactly for situations like that, but i promise to finish it next thing i do, it looks like it’s a feature that could be useful.
I’ll try to add the missing params asap too.
November 9, 2010 at 7:01 pm #1596Hi atom, I just got hold of the sysex details from Greg at S.E.
They’re photocopied A4 sheets of typewriter paper. So I’m just about to transfer them to text so I can paste them here. That will then unlock the final missing links ” title=”Very Happy” />
