Hello!
I was trying the virus panel but i have some problems with most of the parameters not showing in reaper (for example cutoff filter or resonance). It seems i can’t automate those parameters on reaper. The strange thing is that this is possible in ableton. I’ve also tried to export instance-vst to see if that helps but no changes. Any ideas?
Woops I forgot the link:

Hi, thanks for helping.
The nrpn messages are something like these?
CC,ByteValue,MSB7bitValue,16,-1,F0 00 F7
CC,ByteValue,LSB7bitValue,48,-1,F0 00 F7Or these working only for 14 bit midi?
Yeah, it will be great! Thanks atom!
It seems that using an instance.dll panel with uiToggleButtons causes crash (both on ableton and cubase). If i remove all the uiToggleButtons from the panel and make a new instance.dll, it works fine.
Someone else have this issue?
It works! Thanks atom, you are the man!
same problem on cubase…getting ‘undefined’ instead of the parameter name.
Hi atom!
I’ve tried the last build (1547) on cubase 7.0.5, still getting the ‘undefined’ parameters issue. Is there any hope to fix this?Hi! Any news?
Yes, it is very probable that you’ll get the same behavior on cubase 5, although i
have tested ctrlr only on cubase 6 and 7.ps: if you don’t know cubase, press f11 will get you on the vst menu (there you can open ctrlr on one free slot)
Thank you very much for the update.
Build 1545,
Tested on Ableton: works fine, scale problem is gone away.
On cubase: same problem–>parameters undefined (maybe cubase is fucking stupid!?)
build 1543
Tested on fruity loops: working fine.
On ableton works but there are problems on the values displayed by the ableton sliders (configure).
ON cubase there are no names of the parameters (cubase shows them as undefined 0, undefined 1, undefined 3, etc…). Very very annoying. Any chance to get a fix for this issue on cubase?
Of course man! See ya!
Yes if i do a new panel i can add parameters. A strange thing: when i add the parameters with configure, using the ableton sliders i get random values at minimum position (like 2,1,5 etc) and random values at maximum position (like 122,125 etc). In the ctrlr panel it gets correctly from 0 to 127.
I am on ableton 9.0.4
I am trying it now on ableton. Something strange, i can’t add parameters automation using configure button plugin. Also the knob positions are not stored when re-open the project.
Thanks i will try. One thing i would ask you: i found that if i save a panel with midi input and midi output device connected, when i re-open the panel it doesn’t remember the midi device (so i need to re-choose it every time) and also the knobs position are not stored. Am i doing something wrong?
Argh! Thanks anyway atom! Maybe someone in this forum use ctrlr on cubase?
Thank you very much atom!
I don’t have reaper, i am using ableton live 9 64 bit and cubase 7 64 bit. On ableton i get properly the name of the parameters, but in cubase i get ‘unknown parameter #”….i don’t know why. It’s only me or it’s cubase?
