There is a property for the panel called “Global delay for MIDI messages [ms]” Try it.
ok, tried it, and there seems to be no effect, such as in reduced rate of controller messages being sent per second. adjusted to 50, 100, and 250ms and no effect, buffer error persists.
i suspect the property is not tied to anything under the hood.
