I do have the same functionality, I think my expectation was off, that Id only need the one ctrlr instance to not control the parameters AND trigger notes. I wasn’t fully aware of this as I’ve been using ctrlr mostly in standalone.
Thanks, I recall this is also how the rekon VSTs work within DAWs.
