my first big show was in leipzig @ the industrial stage with Noisex, Winterkalte, Synapscape and a few others at Wave Gotik Treffen 2000.. Because of that very memorable and humbling experience I’ve always wanted a Leipzig. I know, that’s a weak justification besides how great those units are!

Hi msepsis,

No justification required for the Leipzig… it’s a wonderful, dirty, old school analogue synthesizer and proud of it. I find the sound and sequencer very inspirational, also in the mix it shows the Voyager a thing or two.

MIDI is very basic, nothing coming or going from the knobs… but in the Leipzig’s case I find that to be just fine.

At the time of writing the list is missing Virus A my latest synth from ebay. Reaper is used for the recording and composing (and mixing when we get songs and studio acoustic done) and LE I sometimes use for the garage bands piano.
