Got a PM from user F7, felt it was more fitting to have his questions in the forum so that others can answer.

    [quote:19lya2eu]Hello Filch.
I’m newbie in CTRLR. Please help me.
1: Variables in CTRLR only xx? how declare variables?
2: Version 617 CTRLR dll how to use it with a vst-host… can`t see in nuendo or in vst.host. thanks for you attention.
    excuse my poor english[/quote:19lya2eu]

Not quite positive what the first question is asking for. Perhaps more explanation on that from him/her.

As far as the second questions, I haven’t even used ctrlr in a VST host yet, so that’d be better answered by people who have already got this working.

F7’s native is Spanish. So if you speak that, we might be able to work this out easier <img loading=” title=”Smile” />

yeah 617 isn’t working in ableton. just doesn’t show up after ableton scans it. previous vers. works. but since ctrlr v5 i haven’t been able to send midi out with the vst version anyway. in the old version with the file menu in the gui it was fine. i liked being able to select midi ports n stuff. also the randomize was cool too.
