H&K GM 40 remote problems

Hello together,
I use the following equipment:
Hughes & Kettner GM40
Hughes & Kettner FSM-432 MKIII
Roland USB Midi UM-One Interface
Hughes & Kettner Remote v. 1. 0
Windows 10-64bit

If I want to switch from amp to library in the remote, the following error message appears and afterwards nothing works, see attachment.

Since I don’t know anything about matter at all, I ask for help here in the board.

From what I can tell, this panel is only available as a precompiled executable, so there’s nothing you can do to fix it. You would have to contact the author and ask them to address the issue. Looks like a fundamental coding error in that function.

Also make sure you are in Ctrlr 5.3.201 – that button looks like you are using 6*.
