August 29, 2010 at 7:09 pm #844Cool. Let me clean it up a little. I’ll send you the .PNG files soon.
August 29, 2010 at 9:11 pm #845good idea, cool (blue one)….
September 3, 2010 at 2:50 am #846Just noticed I could attach a file to the post. Oops ” title=”Wink” />
Here are the PNG files for my logo design. There’s a lot in there but they should cover most situations. I couldn’t send you a PM on this forum for some reason so I just posted them public. Hope that’s OK.

September 3, 2010 at 7:55 pm #848Thanks. I’m still not sure about the colored pins, but overall I think it works.
Atom, if you decide to use it let me know if you need anything done to make it work better for you.September 3, 2010 at 8:08 pm #849yeah i love it, if you can make it less coloured it would be simpler i’d like to create a website at some point, i guess i’ll need to cause i want to create a library of patches/manuals/pictures for gear supported in ctrlr.
i’ll try and put that logo on top of the page tomorrow and we’ll see how it feels ” title=”Smile” />
September 4, 2010 at 4:57 am #850That’s great. There are few in the zip file that don’t use the colors. In the "simple " folder and "fingers" I think.
Let me know if there’s any aliasing problems when it’s scaled. I may have to make a smaller version to fit better.September 8, 2010 at 12:43 pm #851i love it, the tiger version of the jx8p is comming soon
September 9, 2010 at 3:53 am #852It looks good. Seems to scale OK as well. I’m gonna see if I can make a smaller version look a little smoother.
A Tiger JX-8P would be very cool. It would be great to be able to automate the parameters. I’ve been trying to build one in Xcode but I’m way behind the learning curve.September 9, 2010 at 10:05 am #853i scaled it in GIMP (that’s what i use for all Ctrlr graphics).
I’ll do the Tiger builds once i settle my OSX situation, i’ve been fighting the whole day yesterday with no usable results, but i won’t give up so fast. there is hope ” title=”Smile” />
September 12, 2010 at 8:16 pm #854Ah, Gimp. Great software. I’ve been meaning to compare it more with photoshop. Seems like it was better at some tasks.
Yeah, Mac and OS X are at an awkward stage at the moment. I hope to be on the Intel wagon soon.September 12, 2010 at 9:04 pm #855I installed Leopard on my vmware workstation on WIndows7 so i’ll be able to do normal build cycle on both platforms now. I guess i’ll add 10.4 builds to all the build stuff, i’ll just add SDK version to ZIP filenames and do builds for all ctrlrs and all SDK versions. I just don’t know if googlecode can handle that ” title=”Smile” />
October 8, 2010 at 7:08 am #856Source Forge seems to work well for most. Hopefully the project will find a nice home there.
Itmt here is new version of the Logo with a "drop shadow" on the color elements to help them stand out against the background. It may look a little smoother as well. Oh btw the font I used Is Avant Garde Gothic. It’s a "pay" font but there should be some OK knock-offs floating around the web. Of course Avant Garde my be a little to much to use for the link buttons.October 20, 2010 at 7:40 pm #857The new logo will be embedded in the new builds in the About box. Thank you very much.
October 22, 2010 at 8:07 am #858You’re welcome. It was fun to design. My first piece of "published" work in almost 10 years.
And thank you for the this great software.January 3, 2011 at 10:38 am #859Hello,
