      Hi guys!

I want ask if there is a way to have a midi learn function for the Ctrlr panels, so you can assign a generic outboard midi controller knob to control a specific parameter of the Ctrlr panel. It will be veeeeery cool! <img decoding=” title=”Very Happy” />

It’s not yet directly possible (i need to program a second MIDI input for the controller stuff), for now you can always assign VST parameters in your host to Ctrlr parameters, and you’ll get the same result.

if your host supports midi control of VST parameters. at least digital performer seems to not support this.
although, I can use ctrlr panels in vienna ensemble pro to get it to work.

thanks guys for the infos. I found that if i assign a ctrlr knob to a macro in ableton live, and then assign that macro to a controller, it will respond very bad, cause of live mapping that is really crap. So if in the future will be a dedicated midi learn for ctrlr, it will be killer! <img decoding=” title=”Very Happy” />

The modulator is a ListBox, and it exists in the panel. Why it says it can’t be found? The listbox works sometimes and sometimes not, again until I save the panel. (When the listbox don’t work fine, I can select all items in the list box and none of them output anything).

hmm not a big deal but You probably should start a new topic to discuss a new problem. This is a thread on midi learn that’s already been solved. <img decoding=” title=”Wink” />
It also is helpful to tell us what platform you’re using (win/mac/linux) and what ctrlr revision you’re experiencing the issue in.

That being said I can’t say I’ve seen this issue. If you provide more details in a new topic about this issue maybe some people will be able to help you out.
