Midi program change with external synth

Hi, I have a nord 3 rack and I am using it in different tracks inside studio one (DAW) to control different patches using studio one program change function.

In order to have each track with a different sound patch i had to route each program to a different midi channel inside studio one, where midi channel 1 is the only one that shows in real time on my hardware. I can change program via studio one and see it changing real time on my hardware but only in channel 1, for the other tracks that i end up having to route to different midi channels i can load the sound patch of any bank still using program change but my hardware doesn’t update the settings.

I wonder if I were using a CTRLR panel in vst mode for each track if when i move from track to track i would get the settings to update real time on my hardware ????
