      hi !
the second question I have to experienced midi/sysex nerds –
it is possible to get out of synth not a controller value (for example LFO rate), but real value of that LFO ???
if it possible I would get out values of such a modulators as EG’s, LFO’s, modifiers etc.

      huh ?

      thanks for any tip

It would depend on the sysex and MIDI implementation, but I am not aware of any synth that will output the value of an internal control source such as an LFO out via MIDI.

I think it’s possible if someone will spend some time for measuring recorded signals and will make special list like: LFO rate: 1 – 0.3 Hz, 2- 0.5 Hz and so on. Do you really need it? Will you measure and make the list? The last but not the least what we’re gonna do with synced values?

yep, looks measuring is the only way, but lfo can be asymmetric in many forms as well…

            do we need it ?
with that data it comes possible to make an “modular” interface for Xt, looks interesting, right ?
