      Hi,

i’ve just stumbled upon Ctrlr on my search for being able to change patch/bank numbers on my MKS-50.

Can someone help me get started.

I’ve loaded the MKS-50 panel into Ctrlr, at this point I assumed that I need to somehow load MKS-50 patches from the hardware into Ctrlr – so it seemed logical that I should select ‘Request all programs’ from the ‘programs’ menu – if I do this I just get the message “Request Data is not SysEx”.

So not sure how to proceed….

I don’t think the MKS50 panel is able to update its modulator from received sysex data.
You might need to get your hands into some Lua to fix this. It’s not difficult, just a little bit long and tedious to do. But very rewarding.
