pm send/reply not working (for me)

Hi dasfaker,

I attached a screenshot showing what is displayed when I hit “send”. The same thing when I hit “reply” on a received message. I tested it with Google Chrome and Internet Explorer 11. I also have a second account I made for testing purpose some time ago called “Possemo2nd”. The same thing there.

Poss, can you read your old PMs?
Can someone else confirm this? It’s not happening to me, I can send PM as usual.

Private messages in this site are managed with an old wordpress plugin that is no updated anymore, but I don’t see anything wrong with the settings. I could install a more recent plugin, but we would loose old private messages.

yea I can see old pm’s. Only thing not working is sending a pm.

I’ve created another account and can’t send pm with it, too. Still looking what’s going on.

I’ve added a new private messages plugin, as I can’t find the reason the old one isn’t working. It is located in the main menu. The previous one is still active to have access to the old messages.

Hi dasfaker, have you received my PM? Where would I see a reply of a PM sent with the new plugin? Will they show in the old plugin? I mean I don’t see any kind of “incoming” folder in the new plugin.

When a new PM is received, you’ll see it in the main menu. The old plugin is there just to have access to old messages.

ok i think i see: ‘messages’, yeah? not terribly obvious
once you get in there: used to have a list of recipients/members.

also, i thought i’d deleted old messages, but they still seem
to be there.

This plugin has no list, but you can write 2 or 3 letters of the member name and get a result.
