Problem with image resources

Hi,

I’d like to customize my panel with some images. I’ve loaded a test image, which shows up in the Resources tab correctly, but I can’t assign it to any component in my panel. The ‘image resource’ property remains blank no matter what (except for a ‘no choice’ message). I’ve tried uiImageButton, uiImage, uiImageSlider to no avail.

I’m using Ctrlr 5.3.198 on OS X 10.11.3. Strangely enough I get the same behavior with Ctrlr 5.3.199 on a W7 machine.

Any ideas, suggestions or workarounds?

Yap, same here, both systems, same builds as you mentioned.
All panels load properly but the “image resource” column in the modulator list and .xml file are blank. I suppose it has to do with the latest build.

EDIT: All good with the previous version 5.3.196 for PC.
Going back a version might be a workaround for now.

Yeah it’s a line i left after testing the mac build, i forgot it was there, since there is noone to do code review after me this stuff is bound to happen. Sorry i fixed it and will re-do all build today/tomorrow

Hi Atom, in which release did you change this issue? The latest 5.3.198 for Mac does not work. Same issue as 2 years ago…

Hi guys, I am working on a panel and can’t use images as well.
It’s a problem since I want to design a realistic GUI.
Can you please help me with that or at least send me a link to the previous working version for mac?
I currently use 5.3.198 for Mac
The version 5.3.196 for Mac is not in the nightly directory.

The current workaround is to edit the pannel file in a text editor (I use Smultron) and I add the name of the resource into the image source tag bracket for each modulator. Not the easiest way but it works.
