I checked request page and saw that there are requests for several machines which are filled with knobs! Of course it would be nice to have [u:sthkwaer]VST control[/u:sthkwaer] for those machines aswell but i suggest that modules without any decent hands on control gets higher at rank in to do list.

Like editors for those Yamahas FM synths were really nice thing. Some low budget synths like Roland MT-32 had no way to edit sounds at all unless having SYSEX editor. not to mention saving them… In cases like that CTRLR’s might be the only choise for many users.
Cheetah MS6 was another extremely good choise. Oberheim Matrix 1000 is similar, at least in that manner that its analog 1U unit. I dont remember if that one supports CC’s aswell which makes it usable in DAW’s allready even without CTRLR.

SYSEX only machines might also be good to have more priority compared to those which support CC’s.

But how about amount of user requests? I don’t know. Many users find in to this page after CTRLR is allready created, through search engines and posts in other forums -like i did.
Of course, i understand that Atom is creating this for fun and from that perspective this should not start to feel too much like a work. So maybe this post was not that good idea afterall. Maybe [u:sthkwaer]feeling[/u:sthkwaer] is best guide in what CTRLR gets attention.. . . <img decoding=” title=”Very Happy” />

Well i’m with you on that one, i created this to control my 80s digital hardware (dx21, tx7, cz100, jx8p) cause programming them is hard and often makes me hate making music, so i don’t make music.

I wanted to create a simple webpage where requests would be posted with links to manuals(midi specs) and people could click yes/no so i knew how much need is for a particular ctrlr.

          Yes please!

My MT-32 needs a nice panel to interface with 😉
