Here it is, my first panel’s with Upper and Lower edit functions.
Upper panel has the common settings, where you can define detuning, output routing, midi sync and voice assignments!
Device ID must be set to 17 and Perf Ctrl channel to 3. Upper midi channel must be set to 2 and Lower midi channel to 1.
Let me know what U thinkAll the major knobs / menus included !
April 15, 2011 at 8:58 am #2314Looks very nice! Did you upload the panel somewhere? I can’t find it.
I don’t have JP-8080, just want to spy a little how you programmed it.+ Atom, should we have new sub-forum for user templates?
April 15, 2011 at 9:01 am #2315It’s about time the DeviceDB was working everybody would have access to this gr8 work you are doing. I need to push that up the TODO list
April 15, 2011 at 9:01 am #2312Noh, didn’t upload it anywhere yet. I’m still waiting some updates before I’ll share it.
April 16, 2011 at 12:13 am #2313Nice. You knocked one out for me. I just found ctrlr today and am just beginning a waldorf microwave XT panel. I was going to do one for the JP next ” title=”Smile” />

May 28, 2011 at 12:58 am #2316I’ve tried sending JKervinen a message here. I’ve even gone so far to contact him via email from his website, but he hasn’t replied to anything yet.
May 29, 2011 at 8:12 pm #2317I heard back from JKervinen. He’s been very busy and will be so for the next few weeks, but he said he’d be back to finish off this gorgeous panel.

Any chance you might be posting or otherwise making available this panel? Its a (relatively) simple synth so if not ill start one from scratch and post what I end up with. not for the sake of stepping on any toes of course, so I wanted to get an update from you on this first…Monstrum Media | Music, Sound & Software Design, Chicago / San Francisco listen
August 8, 2011 at 10:55 pm #2319I sent him another email last week, this time he chose not to respond at all. I’m starting to think that it’d actually be faster to build one from scratch than wait for him to share the panel.
August 19, 2011 at 5:20 pm #2320I too have been pretty swamped lately but am going to try to squeeze some time in this weekend to get a basic panel for this synth built and posted.
I’m going to try to just edit the panel once then be done with it.

August 20, 2011 at 8:50 pm #2321Can you explain what functions you not implemened in this panel?
April 11, 2012 at 1:12 pm #2322It’s been a while since the last visit here, as I haven’t been around too much. I have to take a look if I have this panel saved on my new mac. Also, I’ll try to take a look if I can finish it off someday ” title=”Smile” />

likewise ” title=”Smile” /> You might have caught it or maybe you missed it but I started my own JP8080 panel which I’m about to dive back into, if you’d like to collaborate on this effort please let me know. I got a bit further along on my jp8080 panel that it seemed you did, feel free to download it from the Device Panel DDB and let me know. I’ll be bumping the threads with the panels I’m working on in a second.Cheers
