I received my sammichsid kit today. It will be assembled this weekend.
A ctrlr for this little beast would be awesome. The midi specs are quite complex though but it would be great to use a ctrlr based on the full control surface of the ucapps project.

There exists an editor in Java for this synth, but it is not working very stable in combination with my DAW…
Is there anything we can do to help realise this one ? Sysex table ?

well yeah, any information is welcome, is this the MIDI BOX sid project just in a different case, cause i’m assembling my midibox sid too, i’m somewhere at thhe finish but i never got to thee real end.

i talked with the midibox project author he wanted to help with the GUI for such an editor, but i don’t know if that proposal is still valid.

Yes, the MIDI BOX uses the same OS as the SammichSID, the Sammich is just easier to built but with less controllers, so the editor would work for both.
I’ll ask on the midibox forum if there is still interest to help with the editor and if we can get a sysex table.

that IS a long list indeed…thing is that there are 3 different engines available (lead, bassline, drum) all with a unique set of parameters. The ‘lead’ one is the most complete one, having that one available would be already fantastic !
