shrink top tabs, darken interface and shrink icons

low priority requests… they’re not really "features" and could be discussed a bit so I’m not putting this in the "feature requests" with the others I just submitted…

Maybe these could be prefs somewhere but I wish the bg and interface of ctrlr as well as the user-customizable tool bar could be darkened. I’ve mentioned this here before ” title=”Smile” />

Also would love to be able to reduce the size of the stationary UI "icon bar" at the very top of the ctrlr interface ("New, Open, Save as…)

Finally it would be great if the tabs for each ctrlr could be reduced in height a bit. These two items would help save screen real-estate when working on a laptop or small display.
