After the post was put up on Twitter by the user, a lot of people on the platform started ‘cancelling’ Toast on the platform.

“He has explained that there is a grey area between being offensive and not offensive, and he prefers to stay in the grey area where people can squint eyes at him and say, ‘that’s kinda messed up,’ but at the same time, it isn’t,” the post read.

“Making edgy humor or dark humor jokes are not funny unless you are the one a part of that community and making the jokes. When someone who is not part of that community intrudes on that space in which they do not belong, it becomes offensive.”
