I would be real nice to have rs232 and rs485 serial bus interface input /output so
i could make panels for these devices. ? WIFI and Bluetooth links too.

RSxxx devices ar ejust ways to communicate what about a protocol, do you mean sending MIDI over those communication channels ?

It would need to use the RS standards Protocal

          http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RS-232

          RS485, RS422, RS232 AND RS423

the 485 422 423 would be the most usefull would it be hard to add that
          to the JUCE Library?

Yeah but this has nothing to do with MIDI, these are hardware interfaces, those would be presented to Windows/Mac/Linux as SERIAL devices (COMx on Windows, TTYS on Linux/mac). So JUCE would need serial support (it does not have), and even if that would be in JUCE still you’d need some way of pushing MIDI through those Serial devices, that means some kind of protocol to speak to the other end of the wire, that’s not specified anywhere (MIDI over RS). MIDI is already a serial hardware interface but i have no idea how does windows or other OSes cope with that ?

If you want to control serial based devices with MIDI software, you are going to need to buy yourself something like this:

              DecaBox Protocol Bridge – Overview

Putting native serial support would require a large effort.
