Hi. When using SysEx formulas the process is very simple, I just put “xx” as one of the values and the modulatorValue is used in it’s place.

With Multi Message Lists it doesn’t work so easy. For example I have this message in my Multi Message List.
      SysEx,Direct,Direct,0,0,B0 06 xx
and the output in the MIDI Monitor is
      B0 06 00
      always.

I hope I am being clear in what it is I’m trying to do. If not, then consider the SysEx formula
      B0 06 xx
If I use that, then the output in the Midi Monitor is
      B0 06 0~127
0~127 depending on the current value of the uislider.

If I create an empty panel, add a uiSlider and paste your formula (before setting the midi message type to Multi), the slider output is always b0 06 00, no matter the value of the slider. The slider midi output is set to None, but the slider outputs the message (bug?).

When I set the midi message type to Multi, the slider output is b0 01 xx. If I set the slider output to None again, the slider doesn’t send any message.

Check if your slider output is set to Multi.
