      Is there a way to change a Component type, say from a Image Slider to a Fixed Image Slider, and retain the settings. And/or is it possible to copy the parameters from one component type to another?

        As far as I know:

        Changing component type: No, though it would be helpful. In older Ctrlr releases it was possible by changing the name from uiSlider to uiImageSlider (then save/reload the pannel) but now this name isn’t modifiable anymore.
        Copy parameters: It’s just possible to copy/paste the multi message list and the Sysex formula.

          Yah, I’ve been prototyping a layout and using the non-image sliders until I make ones that I’d like to use for the project. I now realize I’ll have to go in and redo all those ones with the image slider now.
