Deprecated panels links broken?

I tried downloading the Shruthi-1 panel, from the Deprecated Panels page, but found the link just takes me back to the top of that page:

I also checked the one for the TX802, at the bottom of that page, which I was able to download recently – the link no longer works, for me.

I tried a few more at random, and the majority of links don’t work – all of those show the download link as just a text link (with the word “Download”).

There are just a few that show a button instead, and appear to work.

FWIW, the few links that do work, and show as a button, have targets like this:

ctrlr.org/?ddownload=6185

The rest are like this:

href=”/panels_deprecated?get&idx=50″

– but all any of those does is reload the deprecated panels page.

I managed to find a couple more downloads by trying different parameters for ddownload=, but they’re not consecutive, and two of them are five digit numbers, so that would take a while.

So, more downloads are in there, somewhere, but presumably only an admin, or someone extremely persistent, could ever get to them.

I found MFB-Synth-Lite-II.bpanelz and Roland-JX8P.bpanelz, by trying different numbers, so I’ve attached those.

I’ll contact Atom about this, as those panels are not hosted in the database accessible from WordPress and the links are effectively broken.

I was looking for the shruthi-1 panel, but I found that in a forum thread… somewhere.

I found your replies while looking for that thread again, to update it.

Is there a way to get forum reply notifications? I haven’t found one, yet. I’m fairly sure I keep ticking “Notify me of follow-up replies via email”, but that doesn’t seem to work.

The “Notify me” checkbox is indeed the right thing to do. Works fine.
