Any immediate plans to develop further on the envelope modulator type? My wish is to be able to visually edit an envelope, not just the typical asdr but also eight point envelopes, with the ability to edit the points in x and y axis (time / level)

Wish#2 would be to then use these multipoint envelope components for things like drawing a waveform for a wavetable editor…

Well the wavetable editor is something i’d like to do but purely in LUA since it’s possible now, i guess i could do a native multipoint envelope, but the problem is that it would have to be linked to some other modulators. both are possible i just don’t know what sort of a timeline it will be. i wanted to start/end the deviceDB component first.

I was searching in the JUCE forums for this component hoping that someone had already created on in Juce. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to find any. One user had started but didn’t seem to get very far.

I poured over the graphics class and some examples and realized this would be very difficult for me cobble together myself, with a LOT of experimentation to figure it out. I would love to have this avail as well as it would save me a lot of time. But on the other hand, I think a deviceDB would be more useful over all as a whole for all panels and that the Envelope more of a luxury at this point. Either way, either one will be cool to have <img decoding=” title=”Smile” />

the device db is probably a higher calling… just was curious what your immediate plans were with that component type before embarking on a project
