i use a uiImageSlider with sysex formula: f0 3e 10 00 20 k0 00 01 xx f7
9 values
(modulatorValue*12)+16, (midiValue – 16) /12 are expressions attached

or
min 16
max 112
interval 12

Using expressions works in both ways (ctrlr/device) but not the modulator doesn’t calculate midi from device when i add a globalvariable to the sysex editor
when global is set to 0 the modulator receive midi normally
using the slidervalue settings don’t work at all
also tried with a 0-127 modulator without expressions
this is an issue with translating midi value to modulator value. if there is
ms ls wx or kx in the sysex editor ,there is problems for ctrlr to “know” what is modulatorValue right ?
