Hi All. I’m trying to get Ctrlr to open within LogicX as a midi instrument to run my MKS-50 (using the MKS-50 panel). I can use the synth on an instrument track just fine, but when I try using Ctrlr for some reason midi is being received by Logic but not reaching the synth. Is there an initial setup guide somewhere showing how the midi routing should look in this scenario? Thanks!

I have no experience with LogicX but in general in the DAW you have to disable the midiports you are using with Ctrlr and select them in the midi menu of Ctrlr. Then set midi-thru option “pluginhost to output” in order to get the DAW track conneted with the synth.

I’m in the same boat as the OP, is there some sort of set up guide available? Not even within Logic, any DAW. I have so many questions and they will probably be answered in a guide. Thanks!

I have no idea about Logic, so no idea why I am replying!!! … but the ‘logic’ could be the same for connecting to Reaper or Cubase (under Windows)
