I use Multi Message list to send a CC with controller number 13 using the IncdecButton. Because  my device does only react to controller values 0 through 3 I wonder how I can use a variable in the Multi Message list, so the controller value will change accordingly to the value change of the slider. The message looks now like this: CC, Direct,Direct,13,0, and I would like the zero value to be a variable. Of course I could use Lua scripting, but maybe I can accomplish this without… Any help much appreciated.

Well, after lots of trial and error I did discover the obvious. I have to use sysex and just send the appropriate sysex string with the usual variable xx, in my case: f0 b0 0d xx f7. So I learned again something valuable 😉

Still a question (if somebody is listening). Which of the export options creates a standalone panel?

Export instance. Inside a daw, you can create a vst.

Thanks. I assume the same goes for creating an AU? (I’m on a Mac with my DAW.)

I don’t know, I’m on Windows, but I think so.
