Hi atom,

While I know it’s a long-term goal to have full sysex librarian functionality in Ctrlr, until then, what about a mode that simply sends the current value of every control in the Ctrlr to the device? If I make an edit to, say, patch B31 in the Ctrlr and make a note of the patch bank/number, next time I open the software I could load and send a saved snapshot of where I got to last time. I.e. the underlying patch stays the same but my adjustments are brought back up to date even if I’ve had to turn off the computer and the synth in between.

      What do you think?

well i think it’s already there ? File->Preferences Send Program Change on Load and Send program on load (first one sends program and bank changes second one sends all values of the loaded patch to the synthesizer). There is also a delayed send option for some old gear that can’t handle too much data too fast.

Hmm, that never works for me so I assumed maybe it was something slightly different – I thought maybe it was a sysex patch table transmission or something weird that I didn’t understand

By the way, the bank and patch +/- buttons on the Ctrlr toolbar don’t work for me either (on the Supernova or the Virus). Do they work on other hardware? Is there anything I need to do to specifically enable either of these features for my Ctrlrs?
