Bug or am I doing something wrong?

Simple "OSC 1 Fine Tune " sysex slider for DSI MEK, values from -50 to +50. I added "modulatorValue+50" and "midiValue-50" to match numbers on Evolver.

Slider will send right values to MEK with mouse, etc, but when slider tries to follow movement from MEK, it usually stops on 0, not going to the negative side (from 0 to +50 slider follows fine) and sending 0 value to MEK (not allowing for me to go under 0).
Sometimes slider will go under 0 just fine, but it might be something with quick knob movement + something mystical about negative values.

I added .panel with 2 knobs, Fine Tune is the buggy one.
Works the same way on latest stable & nightly version (833 & 866 / stand-alone) on osx 10.6.8.

Please ask more details if my explanations are hard to understand <img decoding=” title=”Smile” />

Well it works for me, i have the evo hooked it up launched your panel and it works both positive and negative value (for some reason the -1 value is always missed but i guess this might be something with the Expression that’s not right).

hmm. I can also reproduce this bug with normal midi-CC knob, quickly scrolling on negative side with controller (Maschine in midi controller mode in this case) will often leave CTRLR knob jumping from zero to negative, like it is trying to go on negative side, but does not.

          Expressions should be fine with "modulatorValue+50" & "midiValue-50" ?
