      Rate4 control on operator6 tab does not change the value on the unit.

      UPDATE: upon further testing,
      Rate2 and level4 controls on operator4 tab also doesn’t work.
      all other controls work fine on the other tabs. fix please!

      the issue occurs on both the exe and VST versions.

        forgot to mention……This is using the editor with the TX802. not sure
        if that would cause the operator tab6 rate4 knob not to work as they are supposed to share
        identical sound engines.
