      Hello!
I made and used basic panel with uiSliders assigned to CCs.
      It worked pretty fine.
It was in 1323 Ctrlr version.
Now on new system i installed 1433 Ctrlr version.
And now when i try to control it with my midi controller keyboard, uiSliders don’t response (move). They are transfered to my synth, and it sounds as earlier, but i can’t see changes in my panel. If i run it in 1323 everything is fine.
I tried make new panel with one slider, and it has same behavior, it moves in 1323 and doesn’t in 1433.
Is there any known reason for that? Some setting?
      Thank You!

I think that might have been a bug. Try the more recent nightly revs of ctrlr and this problem should be gone.

          Thank You! It works!
Unfortunately there is problem in all version.
I run Ctrlr in Sonar as VSTi. Then i open my panel.
If i rotate knob on the midi keyboard everything works fine, uiSlider rotates too, and data is transfered through it to synth.
But if i record this CC as midi, and then play it back, something strange happens. Everything works fine except uiSliders, that doesn’t rotate smoothly. They only sporadically change their values, maybe one time of 50 that they should. Midi monitor shows all messages right, and Ctrlr transfer it to synth smoothly. But uiSlider state is wrong, and panel loose synchronization with synth.
If i direct same midi to Ctrlr via midiYoke, there is no such problem.
So it is workaround for me (which i found right now, writing this message), but the problem definitely exists, because other VSTis work good.

Well i see at least one problem here. What do you mean you record MIDI CC.

You can be actualy recording MIDI CCs coming from the synthesizer to a Sonar MIDI track (if that’s possible in that host)

            OR

you could be recording VST automation on a slider

which is it ? also i’d need a version number for Sonar i can try to download a demo for to test stuff (i never used sonar)

              Hello!
              Sonar 8.5.
I record MIDI CCs to midi track from midi keyboard knobs as midi events. No VST Automation.
When i record, uiSliders are moving smoothly, when i run playback, they are jumping rarely.

If i directly assign midi track to Ctrlr VSTi and enable input from host in Ctrlr there is problem. If i assign midi track to midiYoke Out and enable input from midiYoke In in Ctrlr it works fine.
I’ll prepare that example project soon.
Thank you for doing this. Thank you very much! 🙂
