when i use utils.questionWindow , i can’t see button 1 and button 2, so i have to leave with the esc touch

I do think that this is crazy. People who are going to be working this way – creating 4 simultaneous sequences with their programs, will come up with a methodology to deal with this issue. when I think about a polyevolver that would allow you to do this, it really pisses me off that it’s disabled. That would just be so great.
You could work it like Waldorf synths. In those, you can save the links by saving the multi explicitly, and you can save the programs separately, or you can save everything. Ultimately, if you’re using a powerful synth, but you refuse to learn how to use it, why should the people who want this flexibility be punished for it? Overly dramatic I guess, but I returned mine as soon as I discovered this. At the time the only mention of it was in the ‘small print’ in the manual – but the machine itself was touted as like having 4 evolvers, which is blatantly untrue.
And the thing that really pissed me off at the time was that after spending hours working on a complicated multi – pressing save would reload the previous saved state of the patches – I lost everything.

i think i can make something in lua :
when you click on save button : i go in program mode, i save the program and i come back in combo mode
obviously if the problem is the same for all
same os, voice and dsp version
select program edit sync voice one
and click edit program button
when i do that all voices have the sames program and the edit program window doesn’t send sysex

synchro sysex with your PE
you can load and save sysex files
you can write combo on the PE memory ( be careful all programm have the name CTRLR)

the problem it is not the sysex message in this post ( program dump request). the problem is when you send the 220 bytes program dump.
i have seen other post about that in gearslut forum ( polyevolver can’t save program in combo mode)
so it is possible than this problem appear with all polyevolver Rack, but it is difficult to be sure without someone which confirm
in the soundtower editor, try that :
– combo mode
when you click on the edit button ( you want edit one voice) all voice get the same program ( in midi yoke a 220byte dump is sent and i can reproduce ). when you select an other program , ( a program change is sent on one voice) the voices get their orginal programother problem, but i think it is a consequence of the first one, you are unable to edit a voice in the edition window : no sysex are sent. but if you select the voice 2, the program edition windows play with the voice one
you, can try to send a 220 byte dump in combo mode via midiox, the result is the same
i hope the probleme is not the same on all poly evolver

i had the se1x and use midiquest : it send dump for each change it is why i said that .
no problem it is just few lines of code.
i prefer use groups like that. tabs are too problematicexcept sysex dump i think S-E synth doesn’t work with sysxex.
i will be very difficult to have a sysex dump documentation.CTRLR hasn’t midi learn function, but it is very easy to enter value yourself
i put performance and voice on the same panel ( windows).
just for testing purpose. for the voice panel you have to send back invisible group and it will work
unfortunately i sold my tx-802 for years so i haven’t test it.

if you save the lua code for the 6 button, to the top it will work
it is a ctrl bug/ lua bug : when a button has a lua code which call modalutor with a vst index
superior to the vst index button it ‘s like the code call a not created modulator and you have a
nil valueto correct this, i have to copy and past the 6 buttons, so the 6 new buttons will have a bigger vst index

but even with this kind of documentation it will be a very long and hard job. if it will possible to save program in a CTRLR format it will be not necessary -
