I’m a relative MIDI n00b, but that sounds painful!

I’ll carry on with my MC-09 panel it the mean time. Kinda enjoying making it atm!

Ofcourse it can, it can do anything MIDI. It’s a matter of some LUA scripts (depending on the complexity of the dump/request process a lot or just a few lines).[/quote:2oppuji4]

Cool, thanks I’ll have a go at a Roland MC-09 panel then. Would be nice to be able to see a meaningful display instead of the 09’s cryptic 3 LED numbers!

            Hi atom,

Can you confirm whether Ctrlr can receive and transmit single patches or/and bulk patches pls? I can start making some panel then

              Hi atom,

To be honest, I only found Ctrlr last night and with no tutorial documentation I don’t really know what it’s capable of  Can it receive and transmit single patches and bulk patches? Basically looking for something that can save my hardware synth settings in Sonar XL and read my synth’s currently selected patch and banks.

If it can do that I’m interested in trying out creating my own panel Would probably start out with my Roland MC-09 as that’s simpler! I’ve had a look at the JP and A Station panels and have nosed around them. Shame there isn’t a panel already done that I can test with an actual synth I have.

I’ve just got my Nova through the post and I’ve been looking for a Nova librarian/preset vst too

Have you got a link to the SNII panel pls?

Reading through the OS4.1 upgrade manual atm and it says if you are running that OS version the Nova excepts SNII patches and converts them if neccessary so that panel may work! <img decoding=” title=”Very Happy” />
