This sounds quite strange to me…I have a MIDI network made up of 3 Midi Express 128 (384 MIDI independent channels) and they flawlessly run both under OSX 10.6.8, OSX 10.4.11 and OS9.2.2
Without music life would be a mistake
It might seem a little archaic, but to unveil some sys-ex strings I always use Digital Performer 7 (or earlier versions) to record those data.
Avoid to maintain Patch Thru enabled, put a track into record mode and rotate knobs, move sliders on your unit. Stop recording and analyze the track contents. That’s it!
In this manner I discovered some Yamaha TG77 sys-ex strings.Without music life would be a mistake

My goal is to create under OSX Snow Leopard some lacking editors for instruments I still need in my compositions.
Beside the fact that MidiQuest is a crap, I’ll try to create editors all by myself…Actually my gear list is:
