for shure the a station did not work for the supernova
should only be a start point for the supernova 2 …so the moste parameters are on the gui
-just add the missing from the supernova
-edit all parameters and devine the right nprn or cc
-edit just the mod definition list in source to sysex exchange …. the rest of the source should work out of the box without changing

yeh i know … i saw the wave component and its also possible to readout the file
but i did not have a tool to create single cycle wave in the format 127×129 forms …
and it just for fun stuff to draw single cycle wave form by hand and upload it to a synth (shruthi) .. if not sounds good .. draw a new one and upload it …as simple as possible

so almost finished with some additional functions , before i upload it to db please download and try it
maybe we will find some bugs ” title=”Smile” />… and i wait for answer from muksys if i should replace the current panel or upload it as a new one

My config is:
-win7 reaper 32 latest version
-CTRL 5.0.1 revision 925 branch nighly
( i know the panel will NOT WORK with versions bellow 925 because 925 or higher HAS A multithread issue FIX with receiving midi events calling script and update modulators )
-Shruthi SMR-4 FW 0.94 ( i think 095 will also working but there are some parameters missing ” title=”Smile” /> … need to update my synth ” title=”Smile” />

Setup:
-i use it as vst in my daw
-with disabled midi in/out device in the DAW
-and selected/enabled midi in/out devices in CTRL
-and selected midi in / out in the panel
-and midi thru enabled in the panel
-and mdi receive from vst enabled in the panel
-!!!!and Shruthi set to Midi out Ctr!!!! … DONT try midi thru on shruthi …..just if u like a midi loop..and endless data exchange ” title=”Smile” />

Whats new :
-panic button stop all notes
-new button receive updates the panel with the patch from the synthi
-send a sysex dump to shruthi … sometimes its necessary because shruthi did not react so fast on all events .. and therefore we send a sysexdump
-6 storages to save/recall a patch in the panel
-morph between stored patch 1 – 2 with or without mod matrix included
-on startup i send a sysex for the sound patch and 10 sequencer settings via nprn .. so that all is recovering right
after recalling of a daw project or offline online handling to use more instances in a track (i hope )

-color changes … gray is dor sound patch parameters
-black is not included in an sound patch (vol modwheel,sequencersettings)

give it a try and report some errors … i will fix it
but for now i need a break …this week was a cool week ” title=”Smile” /> …
received shruthi on fr 16:30 build it until 7 next morning … some sleep .. wakeup test it .. try the editor … fix the editor after >8 hours work every day until 2 in the morning

i solved first problem for now … i just disable the auto send on startup .. and send all modulators in an lua script with a delay in between
the delay is just a simple for i = 0 ; 10000 ….. i want use os cammands or so on …

i do this just for 10 parameters ..and for this parameters i don’t have a sysex defintion ” title=”Smile” /> ….
my sweep nice shruthi did not provide sysex defintions for sequencer settings .. only for the sequence itself ” title=”Smile” />

however .. if i solve also the the last problem … displaying the name …i will try this at night …. ctrlr has a new nice shruthi panel ” title=”Smile” /> with full parameter exchange in both directions
(panel is the same as the existing one but with new features )

925 seems very improved on stability … i had no more crashes during 3 days of using ctrlr as vst extensively

the only crash i got was the crashes of my novation a – station ” title=”Smile” />
ctrlr is a cool tool to overload some old synths with sysex / cc dumps ” title=”Smile” /> .. and sometimes old synths gives up and crash .. but holy shit sometimes thy produce so confused sounds …. like a ghost in my synths ” title=”Smile” /> .. i like it ” title=”Smile” />

-add all arp patterns from the latest os 0-63.. i missed this because my manual was to old
-add a 6xstorage to save/recall sound dumps
-add a morph slider to morph between sounddump ( between storage1-2)
its not for realtime (mybe my code is not so fast .. i need to switch to index based programming instead of string searching all the time, but it was the first tryout) , its for finding new sounds and therefore it works perfect…

usecase
select any patch on synth or panel
press request sound dump that ctrlr panel is up to date (select patch didnt request the dump, because i will tryout more patches on the synth before syncing with the panel .. its faster)
press store1
select another patch on synth or panel
press request sound dump that ctrlr panel is up to date
press store2
if one nice sound was found u can store it to 3-6 for recalling on recording
thats my workflow .

yellow … current panel state is stored to memx
wihte —-memx cleard .. not realy .. but its marked as not stored
green…. current active recall / or morph is active
store1 + store2 set morph state to enable
